MAILING AND DELIVERIES

​SHIPPING INFORMATION

​We provide a standard Australia Post Service to ensure your items arrive to you safely and on time.
Our standard flat rate of $11 applies to all ORDERS.
All orders in major cities within VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD should arrive within a week of shipment. ​Shipping around holiday times can vary.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. 

Shipments are sent every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

RETURNS

Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. 

We do not accept liability for any damage that occurs during delivery. 

If the item is damaged or has a defect outside of the delivery process please send an email and it can be exchanged or refunded. Send us an email at info@kalamatagold.com.au 

ALLERGIES / REACTIONS

We take no liability for any allergies or any type or reactions due to the consumption of our product.  

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

Our product is imported from our olive groves in Kalamata yearly.  It is bottled in Melbourne and is subject to demand to maintain its freshness. 

Our Olive Oil is cold pressed and packed in Kalamata, Greece and then shipped to Australia.
